i read how they advertise the contiki beach netball - "sizzling, sexy times on the beach"
i note the insertion of new rule at the VERY LAST MINUTE - "garments worn under these tops must not protrude more than 1 inch below the bottom of the ladies cropped top"
i follow the news on My Paper - "we understand that not all players would be comfortable with this, and they would decide if they should play"
i also digest what was circulated - "we respect all religious sensitivities hence Muslim participants can wear a long-sleeved top beneath the cropped tops together with a tudong and pants in line with the Singapore Sports Council's advice"
as much as i dun feel comfortable to expose my belly, i felt that we, singaporeans were a joke!!

Oh well...but we did have fun, and I think at the end of the day, all of us got very comfortable showing our bellies.
ReplyDeleteEven YL who couldn't walk around with a face towel hugging her stomach initially, was spotted very comfortably sitting down (and posing in all forms) with just the Contiki sports bra.

typo...I mean YL who couldn't walk around WITHOUT a face towel hugging her belly initially was later spotted lounging comfortably in her sportsbra even after all the games for Women's was over...heh
